Present at the Networking Events
Shape the Industry Conversation
The Executive Networking Series brings together senior professionals in logistics, freight forwarding, and maritime for focused dialogue on issues shaping the sector. Each event has 70–100 participants: decision-makers, founders, senior managers, and industry partners.
The discussions are practical, the audience is informed, and expectations are high. If you are considering presenting, below is what it involves.
Participation as a presenter in the Executive Networking Series is by invitation and does not involve any speaking or participation fee.
Why Speak
Presenting here is not just about stage time. It is about:
- Contributing to how the industry thinks
- Clarifying complex issues for peers
- Becoming a trusted voice in Singapore’s logistics and maritime ecosystem
- Strengthening senior-level relationships
The platform is for professionals who add substance to the room.
Who We Select
We invite professionals who offer strategic perspective with operational experience, clear insight on change and risk, evidence-based thinking, and practical conclusions for senior decision-makers. The standard is contribution over promotion.
Selection Criteria
Slots are limited and curated. Selection is based on relevance, depth of experience, practical value, and fit with the tone of the network. Expressing interest starts a conversation; we confirm after alignment.
The Format
Each presenter gets 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Brevity keeps things clear and respects executive time.
Presentations open the evening and set the tone; the second half is structured networking with informal discussion. Relationships built afterwards are often as valuable as the talk itself.
The Preparation Journey
To protect quality and your reputation, we use a simple preparation process.
Topic Alignment
We start with a discussion to ensure relevance to the event theme, clear value for executives, and a clear takeaway for the audience.
Structured Delivery
Strong presentations usually include a clear thesis, three insight areas, preparation for executive-level questions, and a concise conclusion. A framework is available if useful.
Rehearsal
We encourage presenters to rehearse for clarity, pacing, and timing. The aim: deliver meaningful insight in 15 minutes.
How to Initiate the Conversation
To be considered, please prepare: a proposed title, three to five bullet points on your key message, your LinkedIn or short bio, and the event you wish to contribute to (see upcoming events). Then contact:
A short alignment discussion will follow.
